Returns and Refunds Policy

At David Destinations, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to make the process simple and straightforward.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued only in cash, since our store operates with Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund following the steps outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
